On behalf of Gillette Medical Imaging, we want to inform you of a breach regarding limited Protected Health Information of patients. The information was erroneously shared from a former billing company to incorrect medical offices in our region. At no point was patient information made available to the public. The breach has been reported to the appropriate agency. Individuals directly affected will be receiving a detailed letter within the next 7-10 business days.
